Bryan, this is a great travel tip. When you were talking about airline travel, it reminded me of the few times I have been stuck at SFO for a long layover because of weather. I have gone up to the ticket counter and told the agent about the delay and nicely asked for food vouchers and they usually help me out, but I always ask nicely. It's easy to say yes to a nice person. What you said about keeping your cool and treating other with respect is always a good idea. Thanks.
